Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, password hash, optional Minecraft username and social sign-in identifiers.
- Billing data: handled by Polar. We store your Polar customer id and subscription status; we never see your card number.
- Server data: the worlds, plugins and files you upload, plus server logs and console history.
- Usage data: IP addresses and actions in the panel (for security and the activity log), and technical metrics about your server.
- Player data: your server records the usernames, UUIDs and IP addresses of players who join. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf.
Why
To run the service, keep it secure, bill you, answer support requests and comply with the law. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Polar (payments), our email provider (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS and web traffic) and the data centres that host our machines.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Server files follow the schedule in the Terms (14 days suspended, 30 days archived, then deleted). Logs are kept for 90 days. You can delete your account from the account page once you have no active plan; we then delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies.
