Refund Policy

Payments for Flash Hosting are final. We do not run a trial, a money-back period or a general refund scheme. You can cancel at any time to stop the next payment, and your server keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The one exception

If, within 24 hours of your first payment, the service does not do what we said it does, email us and we will look into it. Where we agree, we may refund that payment. This is decided case by case, it is not a guarantee, and it is not a way to use the service free for a day — it exists for the case where we described something we did not deliver.

  • Your first payment only, once per customer.
  • Asked for within 24 hours of that payment.
  • Granted at our discretion, after we look at what actually happened.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged; the billing page shows when your next payment is due.

Suspensions

Servers suspended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.

Downtime and performance

We do not pay automatic credits for downtime or for performance. If something goes wrong on our side, tell us and we will decide what is fair, but nothing on this page entitles you to a credit. Large servers are the exception: where we have load-tested your setup and written numbers into your agreement, that agreement says what happens if we miss them, and it comes before this page.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email and tell us what the server did and what you expected instead. Where we do refund, the money goes back to the original payment method through our payment partner and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where that law gives you a refund right, it applies whatever this page says.
