Billing

Plans, upgrades, invoices and cancellation.

Plans are billed monthly. Payments, invoices and tax are handled by our billing partner; open the Billing page and click the portal button to update your card, download invoices or cancel.

• Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated.
• Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
• If a payment fails you have 7 days to fix it before the server is suspended.
• After cancelling, your server runs until the period ends, then keeps its files for 14 days.
